Lycoming College Quad

Welcome to Lycoming College's Net Price Calculator!

As we enter our third century of educating students, many families are surprised to learn that a Lycoming College education can be as affordable as that of a public institution. Over 96% of all our students receive some form of Lycoming Grant or Scholarship, enabling them to attain a top-notch private college education at a reasonable cost.

This calculator will provide any new, first-year Freshman student with an estimate of the net cost to attend the Lycoming College. The calculator is designed to give you an early indication of how much and what types of financial aid you may qualify for if you were attending full time during the 2012-13 academic year. It is a tool we hope will give you a clear picture of some options and opportunities so you can make more informed decisions about your college choices.

How does it work? The calculator measures the financial strength of your family and uses other facts you provide to estimate the amount of grants, scholarships and other financial aid that is likely to be available to you. Your "net price" is the difference between that amount and the cost of attendance.

As you use the calculator, please remember:

  1. This calculator will not provide an accurate net price for international students, transfer students or currently enrolled students.
  2. This is not an application for admission or financial aid.
  3. The results will only be as reliable as the data you provide. The net price calculator will only give you an estimate of your net price and aid eligibility. The Lycoming College Office of Financial Aid will make the final determination of eligibility based upon valid FAFSA results.
  4. You must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon as possible after January 1 of the year you plan to attend college.

Completing the calculator should take no more than 20 minutes of your time. You will need to answer some basic questions about your parents' financial situation so it might be helpful to have recent tax forms or pay stubs on hand before you begin.
